Dr. Ouellette trained in
Canada and graduated as a chiropractor in 1973. Continuing studies in multidimensional fields Dr. Ouellette
obtained a Master of Science Degree in Biology 1987 (with emphasis on
Nutrition) and a three years sports injury course in 1989. Dr. Ouellette is a Certified
Member of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada). Developing Wellness Risk Management as

It seems that everyone wants to know about optimal health secrets. After all,
there are secrets to learn. However, once those secrets are learned there is a problem that is
presented. People have to follow through with improvements to their lifestyle, follow through on
a regular basis. Therein lies the problem. A great number of people either cannot or will not maintain the
lifestyle changes because sometimes these changes impose hardships (getting to a gym), or inconveniences
(avoiding a certain food or beverage). Some changes require a new way of thinking and that is really hard
for a lot of people.
Help is often needed in the form of one-on-one counselling to troubleshoot various issues. This help is now
