Dr. Ouellette graduated in 1973 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto Canada, (a very well respected college internationally). He has 40 years of experience helping people manage pain. He taught for 6 years in the spinal studies department at CMCC teaching spinal examination and treatments with manipulation. He began acupuncture studies in 1984 well before it was considered popular. He is certified in acupuncture and a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. He took a university Master of Science course in Biology with emphasis on human nutrition graduating in 1987. He took three year course on athletic injuries from the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) graduating in 1989. He is a Certified member of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada). Dr. Ouellette wrote the Book Dr. Ouellette’s Pain Relief Diet Manual in 2002, and the book Cheating on the Pain Relief Diet in 2006. He is the author of the Lifestyle Questionnaire and Pain Assessment now called Dr. Ouellette's Wellness Web Assessment, the Canadian Holistic Online Consultation, and is the author of the three web site links at the top of this page. Dr. Ouellette is well qualified and expertly trained to help you manage your pain.
