HOME HOSTED Dance Party Waiting List

We have to coordinate driving distances.

1. If you are interested in HOSTING, what is your location? (Only need the City and/or part of the city for large cities, please at this time.) 
2. Are you interested in ATTENDING?
    a. What is your geographical location you live in?
    b. If ATTENDING, how far would you be willing to drive to attend a Host?
    c. Ah, do you have some dance friends who are not on my list and might like to attend? (Yes, I know you don't know who's on my list.) We are interested in those people too you know. They are welcome, all are welcome. 
3. This will be by INVITATION ONLY PLEASE, so that we can coordinate numbers and match Follower and Lead numbers. We are not matching Followers to Leads, just the numbers. 
4. Might your dance friends be interested in Hosting? 
5. If attending will you be Leading or Following? (We know some ladies Lead, so?) 
6. Are you a beginner at Lead-and-Follow dancing? (We all seem to like beginners you know.)
