Yes, even when you are in pain and cannot exercise there still is something you can do. There are easy gentle exercises.

How's that you say?

Even when in pain you can do mild easy-to-do exercises. You just have to be shown how. Once you get the hang of it, it starts to become fun. Start simple, start easy. Start regularly.

Did we say fun? Oops, okay, maybe not quite fun fun but, enjoyable as it leads to less pain.

Dance, did we say dance? Everyone can dance. Dancing is a great form of exercise and you can do it until you have one foot in the grave and one foot on a banana peel.
